Privacy, plainly stated

Privacy Policy

#clockit helps you estimate upcoming paychecks. Your paycheck details stay on your device—we do not operate a server that receives them.

Effective September 1, 2026

Information #clockit uses

#clockit uses information you enter, such as pay rate, hours, state, filing selections, deductions, and paycheck amounts, to create estimates.

On-device storage

#clockit stores job profiles, calculation limits, calibration values, and paycheck history on your device. This version does not transmit those entries to Michael Vazquez or a #clockit server.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and payment information. #clockit checks your Apple purchase entitlement but does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple's own privacy practices apply to information Apple processes.

Tracking and advertising

#clockit does not use advertising trackers, sell personal information, or share paycheck entries with advertisers or data brokers.

Deletion

You can remove saved history in the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored #clockit information from that device.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when #clockit changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
